Data we process
Account data when you sign in (email address and authentication identifiers), content you create in the product (saved scenarios and filter presets), and messages you submit through the contact form (name, email, optional firm and role, message text and browser user agent).
Why we process it
To provide and secure the platform, to store your own saved work, and to respond to enquiries you send us.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in the platform's managed cloud database with row-level access rules so that your saved work is visible only to your account. Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry.

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure and email providers required to operate the service.
